We stayed here in November and loved it. So, we decided to book here again. This time was even better. And that’s all because of Donald who works at the front desk. We had an issue with third-party booking and Donald would not give up until he accommodated us. He was very kind, professional, patient, and helpful. All of those qualities go along way when you deal with the public. I don’t know who decides when Donald gets a raise, but whoever it is, please give it to him ASAP. He is awesome. If it were not for him, we would have left the property. Thanks Donald!

The hotel and staff were awesome! We were a large group, and the staff was very accommodating. I felt that the hotel was very clean, and the quality of the hotel was very good, especially considering the price. Also, the breakfast was super convenient.

Perfect location! Great breakfast options! Clean rooms & property! Friendly & Professional staff! I honestly can't say anything bad about our two night stay. One of the better hotel options in Lafayette. Will definitely stay again. FYI - I forgot to take pictures.

Great little hotel on the River Ranch side of Lafayette. Polite front desk staff, clean, great breakfast. One elevator was out (I’m guessing they’re waiting on the company to fix it), but there was a sign. Small fridge has a “turbo cool” button inside, plenty of amenities in the room. Easy on/off to Camellia Blvd and to Ambassador/Verot.

Nice place, good rooms. One Issue we had was that the Washer and dryer takes money but won't run. We need to go up and down between the laundry room and front desk to call and ask for a refund. The front desk exec was courteous and helpful, she refunded those and herself was not happy that the maintenance team didn't fix the issue.

Great hotel located on the nicer side of Lafayette. Room was clean, staff was super nice, and the AC cooled the room quite nicely. I’ve stayed in hotels where the air conditioning doesn’t cool well and ends up becoming muggy. I slept so good! Also, I’d like to thank the young man at check in who reassured me that everything that remained in my car would be ok overnight. He was very kind, professional, and pleasant!
